Mgr. Petr Šindelář LL.M.
Petr was born in May 1973 in Karlovy Vary, where he graduated not only from primary school (Dukelských hrdinů Primary School), but also from the Karlovy Vary Grammar School, where he graduated in 1991.
In 1998 he successfully graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague (LL.M. degree), and in 2007 he completed a complementary Master's programme at The Nottingham Trent University, BIBS (LL.M. degree).
Petr practiced law with one of the largest Czech law firms Kocián Šolc Balaštík, and then with JUDr. Martin Tocik in Karlovy Vary, to whom he remained "loyal" even after passing the bar exams. Since 2001, he has been an attorney and partner of the law firm TOCIK ŠINDELÁŘ & PARTNEŘI, which operates in Karlovy Vary and Prague, where he ceased his activity at the end of 2023.
Since 01.01.2024 Petr is a member of the association of ŠINDELÁŘ KOVAŘÍK SÝKORA, LAW FIRM based in Karlovy Vary.
Petr Šindelář is a member of the Czech Bar Association as an attorney and is registered in the list of attorneys under number 8817.
Petr is an arbitrator of the Permanent Court of Arbitration at the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic and is also active within the Czech Bar Association, where he serves as a member of the Disciplinary Commission.
Petr describes himself as a rural lawyer with a versatile practice. He is considered by his clients to be a specialist in the following areas of law:

Personal life
Petr enjoys reading, cooking, photography and golf. He has lived in Ostrov for many years and considers himself Ostrov's patriot. He devotes a large part of his free time to the Ostrov Sharpshooters (www.ostrostrelci-ostrov.cz), which he founded and which he commands from his position as governor.
Petr is happily married with two daughters.
